“Tasty breakfasts”
+The bed and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed having choices for breakfast and everything we had was very tasty. The pool was nice. Everyone on the staff was very kind and helpful. The AC worked great.
−Some road noise from our room, other rooms that were further into the building wouldn't have that issue. They did bring us a fan to help with the noise. There was no hot water in the shower, but it was hot outside, so the cool shower felt good, except after we went swimming. It was a little far from town and not in the nicest neighborhood, but there aren't any really nice neighborhoods in Leon.

“Great staff, clean rooms, but overpriced.”
+Skarlet, she was very friendly and kind. She’s very welcoming. Best thing it was not only toward us, I witnessed how she is with other guests and it great to see that. Our room was pristine! The cleaning staff does an amazing job!
−I tried communicating with the facility from the start, to let them know we we’d be arriving at à late time in the evening, my messages and calls were never answered nor acknowledged. Very poor communication from the person in charge of booking. Sadly, they were warming om renovations and and they started drilling and hammering at 07.00h. Whilst I understand there’s work to be done, no one advised about these renovations taking place. Also the pool was not that clean. It looked poorly maintained. Not inviting. The shower floor is not levelled for the water to drain properly.
