+Tesisin konumu çok iyi. Tarihi yerlerin ve restaurantlarin ortasında, nehir, köprü ve şehir manzaralı muhteşem bir konumu var. Çalışanlar çok kibar ve yardımcı. Kahvaltısı çok iyi ve yeterli.

“Poszukała bym cieplejszego hotelu. 16 stopni w pokojach”

−Zimno! W pokoju ok 16 stopni. Obsługa włączyła nagrzewanie ale nie działała, śniadanie zimne, bo zimno w całym hotelu. Prysznic zepsuty nie można zawiesić słuchawki, woda pływała po całej łazience.

“Muss nicht nocheinmal sein.”
+Die Dame, die für das Frühstück zuständig war. Sie war sehr freundlich und auch bemüht, es uns recht zu machen. Tüchtig und in ständiger Bewegung.
−Der Mann am Empfang schien nicht gesprächig und etwas gelangweilt. Die vielen Katzen. Die Handtücher hatten gelbe Flecken. Die Bettwäsche hat nicht sauber gerochen.

“Gera vieta ir viešbutis, tačiau labai nuvylė situacija su iš anksto rezervuotu kambariu”
+We were travelling as a group of five adults and had booked two rooms in advance through Booking.com - one double room and one triple room. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told us that there was a plumbing problem in the double room we had booked and that they were unable to accommodate us there. Before our arrival, we had not received any information through Booking.com about the problem, any change to our reservation, or any cancellation. We found ourselves in a very unpleasant situation, as the hotel could provide only one of the two rooms we had reserved. Seeing our concern, the receptionist contacted another hotel and found accommodation for our friends, a couple travelling with us. We are grateful for that. However, the next morning, while having breakfast on the hotel terrace, we noticed something very strange. There are three entrances from the same shared terrace to double rooms, and according to the information and photos on Booking.com, the room we had reserved was also a double room with access to this shared terrace! We saw that guests were staying in all three of these rooms! This made us seriously question the explanation we had been given at reception
−Keliavome penki suaugę asmenys ir per Booking iš anksto buvome rezervavę du kambarius - vieną dvivietį ir vieną trivietį. Atvykus į viešbutį registratūros darbuotojas pasakė, kad mūsų užsakytame dviviečiame kambaryje kilo vandentiekio problema ir dėl to jame mūsų apgyvendinti negali. Iki atvykimo nebuvome gavę jokios informacijos per Booking nei apie problemą, nei apie rezervacijos pakeitimą ar atšaukimą. Atsidūrėme labai nemalonioje situacijoje, nes viešbutis galėjo suteikti tik vieną iš dviejų rezervuotų kambarių. Matydamas mūsų sutrikimą, darbuotojas susisiekė su kitu viešbučiu ir surado nakvynės vietą mūsų draugams - dviejų asmenų šeimai. Už tai esame dėkingi. Tačiau kitą rytą pusryčiaudami viešbučio terasoje pastebėjome labai keistą dalyką. Toje pačioje bendroje terasoje yra trys įėjimai į dviviečius kambarius, o mūsų rezervuotas kambarys, pagal Booking pateiktą informaciją ir nuotraukas, taip pat buvo dvivietis kambarys su bendra terasa! Matėme, kad visuose trijuose šiuose kambariuose gyveno žmonės! Todėl mums kilo labai rimtų abejonių dėl registratūroje pateikto paaiškinimo. Susidarė įspūdis, kad mūsų rezervuotas kambarys galėjo būti atiduotas kitiems svečiams. Žinoma, negal

+Prijazno osebje, velike sobe, okusen, samopostrežni zajtrk. Neverjeten razgled s hotela, predvsem s terase, kjer je tudi zajtrk. Super lokacija za raziskovanje mesta.

+Hotel połoxony w centrum miasta. Dzieli go od niego tylko przejscie przez most.
−Śniadanie nie do końca odpowiadało moim gustom. Kawa jakby zbożowa, nie bylo wędlin czy sera a o jajeczku już nie wspomnę.

“Ładny hotel, w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Ogólnie czysto i w porządkuj. Z minusów w pokojach w nocy było zimno, dodatko”
