+Good location with numerous amenities around. Hotel staff was polite and helpful, however the room was at the 2* level, but never 4. Emergency plan even displays the hotel having 3 stars, not worth the money

+ـStaff were welcoming. The property was old but the room was well maintained and in the heat of Milan the AC worked well.

“Great staff, good hotel to stay”
+Staff are excellent. Very friendly and doing everything asked of them to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast is good and in addition to this, snacks and drinks are always left out at the reception throughout the day. Housekeeping is great too and this was done daily. The location of the hotel hasn’t done any justice to its standard of service. Haven said that, the location is ok and there is a metro just round the corner with direct service to the city centre etc.

“Parfait”
