“Disappointing stay - definitely not recommended”

−The only positive thing about this hotel is its location, within walking distance of the Adršpach Rock City. Everything else was a disappointment. Mold on the walls, a strong smell of humidity, paper-thin walls (you can hear the neighbours flushing the toilet as if it were in your own room), spiders and cobwebs everywhere, dust, old facilities and outdated bathrooms. There was no hairdryer or toiletries, and the staff were unpleasant and seemed more interested in acting clever than helping guests. The restaurant was another disaster. We couldn’t even enjoy our meal in peace because staff kept trying to take our plates away. The food tasted old and was far from enjoyable. The hotel itself feels like a very modest two-star property at best. The actual three-star building is where breakfast is served, but even that one hardly meets the standard. The place is overpriced, absolutely not worth the money, and I honestly don’t understand where all the positive reviews come from. Once and never again. I would not recommend this place to anyone

“Keine Weiterempfehlung”
+Ich würde diesem Hotel max. 1-2 Sterne geben. Toll war die Nähe zur Felsenstadt. Man kann sein Auto gratis davor parken. Das leckere abwechslungsreiche Frühstück wird im Nachbarhotel "Javor" eingenommen.
−Kein Fernseher (üblich bei 3-Stern) Kein Föhn Keine Pflegeprodukte Keine Nachttischlampe Keine Steckdose beim Bett Kein Kühlschrank Teppich hat Flecken Fenster lässt sich nur kippen Zimmer riecht nach kaltem Rauch Glühbirne ist ausgebrannt Bett hat keine Matratze. Ist wie eine Schlafcouch. Maximal 20 cm Höhe und bretthart. Leintuch ist zu kurz und liegt oben auf, da man es nicht unter die Matratze stecken kann. Die Wände sind so dünn wie Papier. Man hört wirklich alles, als ob der Nachbar im selben Zimmer ist. Im Zimmer kleben lauter Mückenleichen an den Wänden W-Lan Router ist direkt neben dem Bett Kopfteil montiert. Wasserkocher vorhanden, aber keine Steckdose dabei Absolut lieblos, ungemütlich eingerichtet und unpersönlich geführt

“schöner Urlaub im Braunauer Ländchen”
+Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Zum Bahnhof ist es zu Fuß ca. 2 Minuten und zum Eingang der Felsenstadt ca. 3 Minuten. Das Frühstück war gigantisch. Für jeden etwas da und reichlich. Auch das Abendessen im Hotel ist super und preislich in Ordnung.
−Das Zimmer war sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden das Zimmer nicht geputzt, bzw gesaugt. Die Betten wurden nicht gemacht. Das Bad wurde geputzt.

+Pro klíče jsme museli do vedlejšího hotelu Javor, kde byla i snídaně. Pěšky je to po silnici asi 250m. Pokoj byl maličký. Na fotografiích tento pokoj není. Topení již topilo, závěs krásně zakrýval okno, takže pokoj působil útulně. Spali jsme zde pouze jednu noc a mimo hlavní sezónu. Ale byl to pokoj bez úložného prostoru, tudíž na týden by to asi nebylo úplně ono. Parkování bylo přímo u hotelu a vchod do skal opravdu v dochozí vzdálenosti. Na pokoji byla rychlovarná konvice a tři větší hrníčky. Všimla jsem si, že ve společenské místnosti byla chladnička s nápoji, které jste si mohli volně zakoupit přes QR kód. Pobavilo mě, že si některý z hostů dal do lednice své jídlo, jelikož na pokojích chybí chladnička.
−Jedná se spíše o detaily. Pokoj bez úložného prostoru, tudíž na týden by to asi nebylo úplně ono. Snídaně byla bohatá a dokonce i s krupicovou kaší ( ale nebylo k ní kakao ani skořice).

+Remek helyen, jó szolgáltatás, tisztaság. Kiváló az aktív turistáknak.
−A szoba berendezése átgondolatlan. Nincs egy normális ülőalkalmatosság. Kár volt kádat beépíteni a hatalmas fürdőszobába, nem praktikus.

+Vieta gera, parkavimas nemokamas. šalia veikiantis restoranas. Kambariai didesni (ėmėme tuos brangesnius)
−Emėm 3 kambarius. Nėra dušu tik vonios ir net be užuolaidos. Nebuvo plaukų džiovintuvų. Viename kambaryje buvo labai žemas čiužinys. Visa tai gavom nors ėmėm brangesnius kambarius. Atsiskiatymas ne per booking rezervacija eurais o kortele - papildomai kainavo valiutos konversija.
