“Great location, older hotel and needs some investment to do it up.”
+Location is brilliant right on the harbour.
−Bedrooms are tired and need a good redecoration. Bed were ok but not that comfortable. Price is broadly what I would expect for location.

+Location was perfect.
−The breakfast was based on a printed menu of options, which gave a very restricted and poor set of choices. In particular my first breakfast (on a Sunday) was very poor. As a result I chose to have toast and jams for subsequent days. The hotel management urgently needs to replan the breakfast.

+I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was perfect,right on the riva and within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Stari Grad. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, and everything was very well organized. I was extremely happy with the service and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Stari Grad!

“Comfortable, friendly and superb location.”
+We left too early for breakfast but they made us takeout sandwiches. Staff lovely. Room super quiet. Comfy beds. Ideal location for taxi pickup in the morning.
−Slightly too expensive but you pay to be on the waterfront.

+Odlična lokacija ob glavni promenadi v Splitu. Okusna hrana v restavraciji.
−Težave pri prijavi, težave z izdajo računa, ki so precej podaljšale čas od prihoda do nastanitve v sobi. Verjetno je težava tudi v pomanjkanju osebja, saj so zvečer vsi polno zaposleni z gosti v restavraciji. Kljub temu je osebje sčasoma rešilo oz. uredilo zadeve. Skromen zajtrk. Precej visoka cena, čeprav je res, da sem rezerviral zadnji dan in da je šlo za visoko turistično sezono.
