“Bad.”
+The breakfast at the hotel is the only good thing, everything else is very bad.
−The cleanliness was terrible; there was no toilet paper in the toilet, and soap was nowhere to be found either in the bathroom or the room. There was only 1 outlet in the room, everything was very bad.

“Not the best experience”
+The staff was really kind and the location is great.
−Although I had previously seen comments mentioning bed bugs, I wanted to believe the issue had been resolved. Unfortunately, on my second night, I started getting bitten by bed bugs. Even though I was moved to another room, I no longer felt comfortable. I was worried that my clothes and belongings had become infested, and I continued to experience bites over the following days. Once I returned home, I had to thoroughly clean and disinfect all my belongings as a precaution. I requested a refund, as well as compensation for the medical expenses and cleaning costs I incurred. However, I only received the refund. It's a pity because the location is great, and the staff were genuinely kind and supportive. I could tell they felt embarrassed by the situation, which seemed to be beyond their control. However, when there have been multiple reports of bed bugs over several months, this is no longer an isolated incident. It's an ongoing problem that management should have addressed properly. Guests should not have to deal with this, especially when the issue has been reported repeatedly.

“Overall a great experience , would come again.”
+They had complimentary sweets and drinks, good check out time , housekeeping during the morning , nice breakfast, was overall clean.
−A little warning that the doors are heavy and loud or a request for guests to respect the others would be nice, thought the whole night and morning we could hear doors slamming constantly so we I had trouble sleeping.
