“Horrible and unprofessional”
+I had booked more than a week in advance and fully paid for the room. When we arrived the hotel had a surprise for us and given our room to someone else and provided no alternative. The receptionist barely spoke any English and the hotel manager lied to us about cancelling our reservation, as I saw our reservation on their computer. They proceeded to correct their mistake by offering us a horrible hotel in a terrible location which we had to go by taxi and which they did not agree to pay for the cab. When I asked for a refund I had to go back and fourth more than 5 times with Expedia support before the manager would authorize the refund. My advice don't stay here
