−First of all they messed up my booking, I had booked the private room yet they put me in a berth and when confronted about this, I was made to feel like I’d pressed the wrong booking despite the confirmation showing what I had booked. When I was shown the room, someone had used it only hours before and was in a “lived in state”. It was advertised as having a bathroom, yet there was only a sink, no bath or shower. Once the room was reset, I locked the door yet the owner walked in to collect clothes he’d left on the chair. Whilst all this was going on, a female member of staff was blow drying her hair in the doorway and huffed and puffed that I was in the way whilst trying to sort out my check-in. I felt very unsafe, the place had a horrid stink in the reception and there were holes and the “clean bedsheets” smelt of sweat.

−Hello, I would like to express my serious dissatisfaction with my stay at your hostel. I was staying at the hostel, but unfortunately, I had a very bad experience because the bed and bedding were not clean. Most importantly, there were bed bugs in the bed, and I was bitten all over my body. For almost three days, I was unable to sleep properly because of the bites, itching, and discomfort. I paid for accommodation expecting a clean and safe place to sleep, but instead, I suffered throughout my stay. I strongly recommend that you inspect and properly disinfect the room, mattresses, and bedding to make sure that other guests do not experience the same problem. I hope you will take this complaint seriously. Thank you.
