−There is a strange vibe around, not very clean and there is no air change inside, It is like a bunker, toilet and shower disaster, the price was not cheap also, first and last time here

“Good place to stay.”
+Good location. Comfy beds, but pillow not. Dorm size good with good lockers. A spacious hostel. Kitchen good but utilities next to nothing, so cooking and eating in are very difficult. But looks to be good oven and hob. Big fridge but not cold, used as another cupboard place. Bathroom good but shower are very bad, warm but need cleaning. Very clean place. Small towel given only.
−Showers need cleaning please as water just running down the wall. Fridge needs to be set to a cold temperature to keep foods fresh please.

“Hostel near old town and mesto train station.”
+Not much to like, except that the hostel has potential, if it wasn't so poorly run. The location is near the old town, and the WiFi is good. Beds have personal lights and sockets. I must use both boxes for the review to not run out of space. For the first time ever during my 8 years of continuous travelling, I seriously wonder HOW a property has got their incredibly high score! Unless 99% of the customers only need a crash pad for 1 night, and it happens to be a clean bed waiting for them. Usually my scores are higher than many others. Mishaps happen, but when they add up.... I got a message 3 days before arrival with a code that had to be activated within 24h. I replied and they ensured me they were just planning for the weekend when they don't work, ok, maybe yes, maybe no. The code worked, but my assigned bed wasn't cleaned from the previous guest, all beds in my assigned room were dirty, in fact all beds in the hostel were. I called, no answer, finally I got them. Some SMS and WhatsApp later, cleaner came. Furious and shouting as if it was my fault. All beds were stripped, dirty floors swept and overfull bins emptied. I had a clean bed, the girl that checked in pm, had no linen
−The shower situation is horrendous. Can live with low water pressure, but there is no shower curtain and the shower has ZERO privacy, literally facing the only toilet door that can be locked, so everybody is using that toilet. People using the washbasins will also see you. There are some hooks conveniently placed on the walls, and thanks to me being self-sufficient, a clothesline, mini pegs and a sarong made a triangular little shelter. Cheating with facilities on Booking.com doesn't go down very well with me. There's NO laundry. Door locked at all times, and NO designated smoking area, unless you count the street, which is always a smoking area in Slovakia. The next day somebody opened both doors at the entrance around 7am, probably to get their luggage out, and left it open. Anybody can just walk right in from the (unsafe) street. Mind the groups of 3 with rubbish picking sticks with claws on, if you sit down outside with a coffee.. They pass in a seemingly safe distance. The last one will suddenly grab a piece of paper next to you, you look, and the first one will snap your pack of siggis...or a lot worse. No, they won't pick more rubbish further down the road. “Até vale a pena, mas.....”
+A roupa de cama e o colchão, a mesa da cozinha e os quartos bem separados e aparentemente organizado.
−Geladeira não funciona, banheiro até entendo que poderia ter alguma divisória no chuveiro separando uma pessoa da outra para Tomar banho, mas o pior disso é que se tiver alguém tomando banho e entrar uma pessoa no banheiro, quem estiver passando do lado de fora vê todo mundo pelado. Preço acessível, porém reservei do dia 08/09 ao dia 15/09 e cheguei na manhã do dia 09/09 e fui embora as 03 horas da madrugada do dia 10/09, não fique 24 hs no hostel e fiz o pagamento por 5 diárias, conversei com pessoas no escritório ou recepção um homem e uma mulher e um ficou jogando pro outro e pediram para que eu entrasse em contato com o Booking para solicitar algum tipo de reembolso. Pois bem ninguém me deu nenhuma posição concreta, como sempre um joga para o outro, mesmo o fato de que na reserva diz que não há reembolso, o uso do bom senso seria o mínimo para pelo menos dar uma atenção ao hóspede, pedi se possível um crédito no hostel ou no Booking. Tirando os problemas que correram acredito que seja uma boa opção para quem depende de uma moradia barata, com uma boa estrutura, porém precisa ser melhor administrada tanto na manutenção quanto no administrativo.
