“If you want a dilapidated, abandoned building in Algeria at European prices, this is your place”
+The location is convenient
−The place is run down, overpriced, and basically unattended. The plumbing was leaking in the bathroom, and I had to fix it myself. I even had to let in other hostel guests as there was no staff around.

+Gutes Internet, freundliche Gastgeber.
−Unterirdisches Treppenhaus, Katzenpisse. Der Sanitärbereich ist sehr zweifelhaft. Dusche läuft nicht ab (bei Gemeinschaftsbad - 10 Personen) Toilettenspülung geht fast gar nicht. Die kostenlose Abholung laut Info im System - gibt es nicht, eher ein überteuertes Taxi vom Preis.

+C'est une escroquerie. Je me suis retrouvé devant, tout est fermé. Le numéro ne réponds pas , et les personnes du quartier m'ont dit que l'hôtel n'existait pas. J'ai donc annulé ma réservation. Malheureusement en rentrant j'ai vu que j'ai quand même été prélevé

+Très bon emplacement à 5min de la Casbah, 10min des lieux touristiques, staff très sympa mais pas présent sur place (pensez à appeler en avance via WhatsApp) Pas de climatisation mais ventilo, cuisine fonctionnelle. Dortoirs, possibilité d’une chambre avec 2 lits simple. Très content de la prestation, rapport qualité prix correct. Merci à Ali surtout !!!!

−Le petit déjeuner trop basique et le café expresso ou capucinno sont payant en plus quelle radinerie ! Pas de bouteille d'eau dans les chambres alors qu’il fait 50°.un scandale! Pas de mouchoir non plus dans la chambre Le personnel masculin trop rustre pas assez a l attention du client pour le satisfaire. Dommage. Je ́ne reviendrai pas dans cet hotel.

“J’ai passer un excellent séjour dans l’hostel Rhumel .”
+L’hôtel etait au centre de la ville de Constantine un avantage pour les personnes qui souhaitent visiter la ville. Le personnel à écoute et bienveillant avec le client.
−Il manquer un climatiseur car l’été il fait très chaud dans l’hôtel et aussi un micro-ondes pour réchauffer les repas.
