“Bad”
−Hello, I arrived at this reservation place and they told me that they are not working anymore with Booking. They did not provide the service. I had to stay in another place. I demand a refund of this reservation.

“Horrible and terrifying”
−Appearently, some people booking this at least could enter the building - I didnt even get that far. Also didnt see any reviews since December, so I dont know what happend in the meantime, but all I can say is: what a SCAM. I arrived at 9.30pm in the dark trying to enter the hostel. After waiting for a while a young man came, entering the place. I tried to ask him if this was the right adresse and showed him my booking.com confirmation. He told me to wait, went inside and got another guy. Together they tried to explain to me in broken english that it was the wrong adress (even tho the name Hostel King was standing above their heads) and basically send me away. I tried to call the phone number on the booking website and just reach a man with the same accent, telling me he didnt understand me and I should text a message. Then he hang up... So literally I cant say anything to the hostel since I didnt even enter it, but after reading all these horrible reviews Im just glad I didnt stay there. As a young girl traveling alone, that was a pretty sketchy situation. I try to contact the support team of booking.com and hope (but doubt) to see my money again. All I can say: Please stay away f

“Passable”
+Staff, specially the manager was super kind. Room had a good size and bed was comfy. They offer soap and towel, no need to take yours.
−Room was not well cleaned when I arrived, I even found a bootleg of 2L Coke under the bed. There no internet during my whole stay.
