“Great stay near the city center”
+We stayed in this place few times in the past few years and it was perfect as always. We will definitely come again, the hospitality is unmatched! :)

+Reception is helpful and very nice. They clean everyday.
−Too many tourists are cooking nonstop, and they are staying not to travel, but to look for jobs.

+The staff, especially the tall pretty young woman she always worked with smile. Patient and kind. I feel it’s unfair to put her work in such an environment with customer complaints and busy work. BTW, I am a female and traveling over the world.
−Next to the Main Street. Too noisy. No fresh air and the room very smelly with 6 people sleeping full house. No light in the bed and you have to use your cellphone light. One bathroom is too busy. The small Kitchen and one tiny refrigerator for 24 people are too crowded. no space for people to sit and have breakfast. The sink was always occupied with unwashed dishes.

“6 person mixed room has 2 sofa beds - not same standard and expensive”
+Staff is always professional. This was my second stay and the female dorm was not available so I booked a room in the mixed 6 person room. I liked the female dorm, is as described in pictures and usually the guests are polite and nice.
−Mixed 6 room has only 4 beds as per their normal standard, the rest of 2 are sofa beds without blinders, private lamps or sockets. This should be made clearer to the guest as its not the same quality as the other 4 guests are getting. Also the 6 person room is advertised as having similar size to the Female dorm (approx 30 sqm I think), which is misleading. The room is way smaller, around half the size and I think the Hostel should update the room size to reflect reality. For the future guests: Room 1 is the one with the 2 sofa beds and small room size. I have cut my stay short due to this inconvenience.

“Clean and modern”
+It was clean and very modern
−It was only staffed 4 hrs a day. And though there is an elevator in the building, hostel guests cannot use it.
