“STAY AWAY! BED BUGS, DIRTY AND COLD WATER”
+It was close to the city centre
−They got BED BUGS! I am full of bites. The room was completely unclean and disgustig. The drawer under the sink was atrocious, so dirty. There was no WARM water! Only cold. Also, the TV didn’t reach any of the plugs so it was useless.

+I like our room because we have a clean toilet.. Peaceful and quite location even though it's near from the tourist spot...
−The kitchen.. it should be organized since its a hostel area... But it's good because the guest can cook..

+The room itself was clean and the bed was comfy, good location
−There were a lot of bugs in the bathroom plus bugs that someone had squished on the wall already so clearly hadn’t been cleaned, I checked in late so didn’t see any staff in the evening but also didn’t in the day time when the reception was meant to be open so just had to guess to leave my luggage out in the open reception area for a few hours after check out the next day

“Good value if you come with the right expectations”
+Excellent location, just a few steps from Piata Unirii. The room seems to have been renovated recently, I didn't have any of the issues mentionned in some of the reviews: mattress was firm, bed frame was intact, cleanliness was good overall. Excellent value!
−There was some bad smell coming from the drains and there were some spots on the linen (which I presume washing didn't take away, as the linen smell fresh). It's not a classical hostel (dorm-style with some communal areas) but more of a hostal (inexpensive individual rooms). The general feel is somewhat awkward, as some of the rooms are occupied by foreign workers that would sit in front of their rooms, smoke & talk at loud voice. During my stay however it was quiet after 11pm.
