“Good accommodation, but be very careful with additional charges!”
+The accommodation is good and looks like the pictures. We did not experience any unpleasant noises or uncomfortable situations, unlike some of the reviews we had read.
−However, I would like to warn future guests about the additional charges. There is no logic in charging €10 for late check-in when nobody is there to welcome you. On Booking, it states that additional charges are to be paid upon arrival at the property. In our case, this was not true. We were asked to pay the additional charges online by bank transfer, not through Booking. There is no reception, and nobody personally welcomes you. You simply collect the keys yourself and enter the accommodation. We personally had no problem with collecting the keys ourselves, and it made no difference to us. However, charging an additional €10 for late check-in when there is no one to welcome you does not make sense. Also, Booking states that Wi-Fi and air conditioning may cost an additional €2 per night. We did not pay for Wi-Fi or air conditioning, yet both internet and air conditioning were available in the accommodation. This makes these additional charges seem misleading and suspicious. The accommodation itself is good, but be very careful with additional charges, payment methods and late check-in fees. Make sure to check all the conditions before arriving.

“Extrem enttäuschend - massive Sauberkeitsprobleme, unangenehmer Geruch und für mich absolut nicht akzeptable Zustände.”
+Leider kann ich hier nichts Positives nennen. Die Erfahrung mit dieser Unterkunft hat meinen Aufenthalt in Palermo erheblich beeinträchtigt.
−Diese Unterkunft war für mich eine absolute Katastrophe und entsprach in keiner Weise dem Zustand, den ich bei einer Unterkunft auf Booking.com erwartet hätte. Bereits beim Betreten des Zimmers fiel ein extrem unangenehmer Geruch auf. Das Zimmer wirkte auf mich nicht ordnungsgemäß gereinigt. Ich fand zahlreiche Verschmutzungen, Flecken und weitere hygienische Mängel vor, die ich ausführlich mit Fotos dokumentiert und Booking.com übermittelt habe. Auch die Klimaanlage machte einen stark verschmutzten Eindruck. Gleichzeitig war vernünftiges Lüften kaum möglich. Besonders schlimm war für mich, dass sich das Zimmer im Untergeschoss befand und sich wie ein Keller bzw. Bunker anfühlte. Aufgrund des starken Geruchs, der schlechten Lüftungsmöglichkeiten und des allgemeinen Zustands habe ich mich dort äußerst unwohl gefühlt. Ich kontaktierte deshalb Booking.com und reichte umfangreiches Bildmaterial als Beweise ein. Meine Beschwerde wurde von Booking.com als offizielle Beschwerde aufgenommen. Trotzdem musste ich zunächst weiter in diesem Zimmer bleiben. Auch der Umgang der Betreiberin mit meiner Beschwerde hat die Situation für mich noch verschlimmert. “Chambre catastrophique / Emplacelent bien”

−La chambre est située dans un squat. Nous n’étions pas rassurée dès que nous rentrions : des gens avec des canettes d’alcool, qui fument dans les couloirs à l’intérieur, de la musique jusqu’à 3-4h du matin dans les parties communes. Nous ne nous sommes pas sentis en sécurité. La propreté : des petites bêtes un peu partout, des poils dans le lit, sur les toilettes, dans la douche. Des traces sur les murs, sur les draps ; des objets qui n’étaient pas à nous trainant dans la chambre. Nous n’avons jamais vu la personne avec qui nous étions en contact. Faites attention, elle facture 10€ pour une arrivée après 20h alors qu’elle vous envoie juste un SMS pour les consignes pour récupérer les clés.

+++ Dalle recensioni mi aspettavo il tugurio ed invece ho trovata una bella Stanza curata, in stile Siciliano, completa di Frigo e TV..Nessuna puzza , tutt'altro, odore di pulito. A due passi dal Tribunale e Centro Storico. Ottimo punto di appoggio molto economico. Claudio e Rosa compensano con la loro gentilezza, il piano seminterrato
