“Pula hostel”
+The lady that reception when I first got there was really kind Caroline I believe she gave me lots of information about the city and different places to go on the bus , she was very friendly . When you first got to the hostel the entrance didn't look very nice but as soon as you got up the stairs into a reception the actual hostel was lovely really clean bathroom showers were brilliant and the kitchen was lovely and the room was very clean and tidy
−It was very noisy at night people in the hospital a packing their bags at midnight of one in the morning slamming doors shutting cupboards otherwise was ok

+Location was good, room had aircon and privacy curtains. Lockers are nice.
−Showers smelled and had no ventilation. This is not a social hostel at all. Luckily I met a young guy while checking in at the same time because otherwise there’s no one to hang out with from here. The type of people who stay here are almost all older, more than ive seen anywhere else. It was quite jarring having to sleep in the same room as 5 middle aged or older men, including some who have mobility issues due to being ancient. That was not enjoyable at all especially since 2 of them snored like thunder and so as a result I didn’t sleep much.

+Good location in Pula. Staff all seemed friendly during my stay. They are hard working and run quite efficiently. The rooms were ok and the aircon was strong so much so the open window was better. The little cafe next door is fantastic!!
−I really didn’t like the bathrooms, like really. They need renovated. No social areas.

“Cálido lugar ❤️”
+Instalaciones impecables, habitación, baños y cocina. Muy linda zona común que funciona como cocina - comedor. Muy bien organizado todo. Me sentí muy cómoda y bien atendida. Gracias Cristina!! Qué persona tan cálida y amorosa. Siempre atenta a resolver dudas y colaborar en lo que necesiten los huéspedes. Volvería sin dudarlo.
