“Comfortable stay and convenient location”
+Great location, very close to the metro. Staff are very friendly, it is quite safe for solo travelers, rooms are spacious and the shared bathroom is very clean. I stored my luggage with them in the morning, and they were even kind enough to move my luggage to my room before I returned to check in.
−I only had one carry-on bag, but if you have a lot of luggage, note that you have to use the stairs. There is no elevator.

“Very good value for Lisbon.”
+Great choice for Lisbon if you're on a budget. The place is located around a 20 minute walk from central Lisbon. The host was very personable, giving me lots of recommendations for restaurants and attractions. My particular room was located at the back of the building, so it was very quiet (I don't know about the other rooms). Good value. Tram 28 goes right by the hotel! Pro tip: Catch Tram 28 on the opposite side of the street from the hotel if you want to go through central Lisbon.
−A couple of things could have been fixed or replaced. For example, the shower head mount was missing, so you had to hold the shower head in your hands. The area rug in my room had lots of stains on it. My room's door was missing a metal strike plate. Everything else was good.

“Friendly staff and comfortable stay”
+Lovely friendly staff. Allowed us to drop bags early in our room. Generally clean and very comfortable beds.
−Photos show hob and oven in kitchen which wasn't available when we get there. We had booked hoping to use these to make dinner so were disappointed. Decor is quite dated and bathrooms could use some TLC.

“Friendly service and excellent conditions. Highly recommended!”
+If only I could give you 10 stars 🌟 Everything was great: the cleanliness, the location near downtown and/or the subway, and the staff who were very friendly, respectful, and willing to help with whatever we needed (logistics and guidance). Highly recommended!

+Lokalizacja, czystość w pokojach i częściach wspólnych, pomocny gospodarz.
−Hałas z ulicy słyszany w nocy w pokoju. Trzeba mieć ze sobą stopery i/lub tabletki nasenne. Ostatniej nocy dostałyśmy pokój z oknem od podwórka i to poprawiło znacząco komfort spania.
