“Nice view, good value, and comfortable large room.”
+Nice settings of the hotel. Very comfortable and large room.
−It's kind of windy outside but I think it is windy in this area.

+Great location in the heart of Salta, just one block away from the main square. Fast Wi-Fi. Good price. Two pillows to choose from: regular and ergonomic.
−They charge an absurd 18% surcharge for credit card payments. This is the highest I've ever seen. Furthermore, they don't warn you about this in advance, you'll only be surprised the morning of your arrival. If you want to pay in cash outside reception hours (several hours a day), they also require you to count the money on a video and send it to them, I've never seen a more bizarre way of paying. The staff doesn't speak a word of English. The floors weren't carpeted, so it was always freezing cold. Stiff doors that had to be forced open. Super tiny bathroom, the faucet handle was hitting the sink. No toiletries provided, except soap, there was no foot towel. There was only one main bright light in the room and no table/bed lamps. The closet without a single hook or hanger. Old small CRT TV, it would be better if there wasn't any TV whatsoever. The heater was difficult to set up, so it had three settings: off, very hot, and extra hot.
