“Lovely budget hotel, we would go again anytime!”
+It was a great budget place, better than expected! A perfect little room with its own private shower room. A comfortable bed, TV, wifi, and an iron were also available. The staff were available whenever we needed them, and although not everyone spoke English, we managed to communicate. The location is great as it is just off the main street, with plenty of cafes and shops within a short walk, as well as the beach and train station.

“zero attention to detail or warmth, it is functional yet lacks basic amenities like drinking water”
+the location is great, and comparatively the price was good for sitges on the weekend
−there's no additional facilities whatsoever, i asked for a tap to fill up my water bottle and they said there's none. they pointed me to the shop. this is incredibly unsustainable to have to buy bottled water endlessly and dump them. it would be easy for them to offer water, some complimentary tea, a few small details to make it warmer. check in was very poor, it took a very long time and was disorganised. a flickering light on the small balcony...it was all a bit shoddy

“Wonderful stay!”
+Hostal Termes is a perfect example of a place that gets all the basics right and nails them! Such an unexpectedly wonderful stay. Whilst the place itself is simple, all the comforts are there - Good airconditioning, super rain showers with good water pressure, comfortable beds and fluffy pillows, extra towels and toilet paper always within reach and available next to the reception. Yolanda who greeted us when we arrived was absolutely wonderful, and helped to make sure our stay was super comfortable, and every team member was wonderful, helpful and friendly too. Would absolutely stay again!
−It would be helpful if there was a whatsapp number to ask questions while reception is not manned :)

Unglaublich freundliches Personal! Vielen Dank für jede Hilfe! Wir würden immer wieder kommen. Preis-Leistung stimmt. Und hat uns durchweg nur positiv überrascht. Danke!
