+Decent basic/average hotel. Fairly quiet. Great location in the center of Santa Marta. Only a few steps away from Parque de Los Novios. Was able to get a late checkout easily with no issues, which was nice. I received a towel from the front desk twice and both times the towel was not clean.

+Pros: Great location in the center. Decent sized room. Staff is nice. Great price for what it is. Cons: Bathroom shower door should be replaced (old, hard to move), only one hangar in the closet, can only buy drinks with cash and not card or contactless.

+Amazing staff. So helpful and left three items that were promptly stored at front desk. Could not ask for more!

+When we arrived there was no Internet or cable, the bed was a plastic covered mattress and so we're the pillows, just not a nice sleep for us, the staff was very friendly
