+I wish I could put 0 stars, we couldn't stayed here. They never responded the phone, the address in the web page takes you to a construction site, and when asking around the town, no one knows this place. We were lucky to find another hostal for out trip last minute, if you dont want to have an unpleasent time, go other place.

+We could not find the property. We got a local person affiliated with the company that we did the Inca Trail with to attempt to take us to the Hostel. The problem was that the address listed in Expedia led to an abandoned building that was being worked on. They may have had a temporary location set up, but we got locals to phone the numbers listed and there was no answer. So, we stayed at another place instead.
“The Hostel doesn't Exist”
+This hostel does not exist. We went there at very rainy, dark evening to find out that the building is under construction and we have no place to stay (even our reservation).
“Agradável”
+Simples e confortável. Os donos são muito amigáveis e preparam um café da manhã para viagem pra quem for sair cedinho.

“24 hour stay at Machu Picchu”
+Hey you get what you pay for. We knew that we would only need this room for approximately 5 hours, as we arrived late on the train and would be getting back up at 3:45am to catch the bus to Machu Picchu. They were very accommodating and let us leave a majority of our belongings with them. The beds were actually quite comfortable as was the room. We did get the since though that even though Agus Callientes is a small town, (Uphills both ways) this Hostal maybe wasnt in the most safest place, but we were fine.
“Did not have rooms we reserved”
+Our family of four was traveling together and we had made reservations to two rooms at the hotel. When we arrived we were informed that there was only one room available. After some discussion with the staff who were unwilling to honor our reservation they said two of our family members could stay two blocks away at their other property. This created some complications because we had packed and made travel arrangements to be in the same properties throughout our trip.
