+The hotel is located right in the middle of the town with great views of the lake. The staff was awesome.
−A mini fridge in the room would be great. Also you couldn’t keep the fan on unless the lights were on. It seemed like who ever did the wiring was too lazy to separate them because it’s the lights for the whole room not just the fan light. A fan would have been great to use at night since the room was quite warm. We went in September and I can’t imagine how hot the rooms feel in summer. Breakfast was also a bit disappointing.

−An older male gentleman on the staff was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Other staff were lovely.

“Great location; gateway to the Picos de Europa”
+We have stayed here several times. It is good value and it's location is a perfect gateway to the Picos de Europa. Parking is on street but safe enough for motorcycles. There is no air-conditioning but the rooms don't seem to get too hot even when the temperature outside is high.
−The restaurant was not open on the days we stayed, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday; only bar food. Pity because we have had excellent food there on other occasions, very traditional.

“Traumlage mit toller Gastfreundschaft”
+Tolles kleines Hotel mit blick auf den Stausee von Riano. Das Personal ist sehr gastfreundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr regional und köstlich. Die Zimmer sind gross, hell und bieten einen tollen Ausblick. Zudem kann man vor dem Hotel kostenlos parkieren.

“Excelente”
+En general todo Muy limpio. Habitación amplia, aunque reservamos una habitación estándar nos dieron al llegar una con terracita que se agradeció para respirar aire puro El baño muy amplio El desayuno excelente. Todo el personal muy amable y atento. Totalmente recomendable y si volvemos repetiríamos sin duda

“Hostal absolutamente recomendable.”
+La ubicación del hostal es excelente, en la calle principal de Riaño. La atención por parte de todo el personal impecable, super amables y cercanos. Los desayunos estupendos y el picoteo también excelente. El ambiente del hostal es muy familiar y acogedor.
−Solo pondría algunas pegas como que la almohada era demasiado fina, aunque se podía arreglar colocando cojines encima o debajo. En lugar de jabón en pastilla colocaría un dispensador de jabón y en la ducha también dispensadores de gel y champú. Por lo demás no puedo decir nada malo de este hostal ya que la estancia fue la mejor.
