“Decent and clean but expensive for very standard, small room.”
+Good location. Clean room. Electric kettle and fridge
−Very noisy at night. Expensive for small room. Had to carry luggage up and down some stairs.

“Very central, view from balcony, comfortable room”
+Brilliant location, big comfortable room, view from balcony
−We didn't realise that the accommodation had steps and lifts only went to the mezzanine. Not much of a problem for us at that time, but with heavy cases or if having issues with mobility this might be a problem

+The location was very central, and the room was spacious and comfortable.
−The overall experience of entering the building felt a bit strange, and it didn't feel like a particularly safe place.

“clean but expensive for the quality and the facilities we had. busy neighborhood”
+It was a clean little room. it was decently equipped with the minimum.
−the pictures on booking were misleading. the room was very small, the windows were looking right into the building behind and we couldn't leave them opened . the whole floor had very strong smells of different perfumes. so did the room. the location was in a very busy road in the centre of Madrid very close to Plaza del Sol where all sorts of demonstrations were taking place. there was no place in the building to leave luggages and we had to walk through busy streets to find the other building which probably belonged to the same company.
