+Very nice and kind staff, they let me stay longer in my room when my flight was changed ✈️🙏 location is perfect to go to the sea and cafes shops in Santa
−I would have loved to have a kettle in the room for tea and coffee making , and at times loads of noise at night or early morning from garbage trucks and people. But with closed windows and ear plugs it was quiet I knew this about the noises as i lived 8 years in Santa But maybe for some people it’s to be considered 🙏

+Great location close to the beach! The room was very clean and kept clean throughout the remainder of our stay. Staff were also great when communicating with how to check in and out.
−Walls are quite thin so you can hear people talking doors slamming which can be annoying late at night but it didn’t bother us too much most of the time it was quiet.

“Einfach eingerichtetes Hostal, sauber, allerdings bei Zimmer über Café extrem laut.”
+Die Lage ist superzentral, das Zimmer sauber und geräumig, es hatte einen Balkon. Viele schöne Cafés sind gleich um die Ecke, zum Stadtstrand keine 5Min
−Es war nie jemand vor Ort, die Kommunikation läuft komplett über WhatsApp. Das Zimmer war direkt über dem Café, abends wurden um 23uhr die Tische zusammengeräumt und geschoben, morgens ab 7uhr wurde wieder aufgebaut. Es war dadurch sehr laut. Ohne Oropax geht das nicht und dafür war es dann doch recht teuer.

+La struttura è situata in pieno centro a santa eularia , a pochi passi dal mare e da tutte le principali attrazioni. Il personale (quando reperibile ) è gentile
−La struttura non è dotata di reception per cui quando si ha necessità di qualcosa é difficile avere supporto. Le camere non sono dotate di frigorifero e tantomeno di distributori automatici per cui se si ha sete di notte è un problema. Per 3 giorni su 5 non abbiamo avuto l’acqua calda e la struttura ha iniziato a dare peso alla richiesta solo dopo che ho contattato la assistenza di Booking . L’armadio è minimal, dispone di sole 5 stampelle . Non c’è una area dove stendere i vestiti ad asciugare . L arredamento è datato ma accettabile.
