“Safe and walkable. Wonderful staff. Clean. Nice Rooftop.”
+Great Location. I felt extremely safe as a Solo Female Traveler on the property and community. Easy to walk everywhere Portside. Convenient 1 minute walk to an Oxxo and an authentic food stand. Grocery store is walkable too. I stayed in a single room and it was comfortable. The host and staff were amazing and knowledgeable about the local restaurants and beach clubs. Beautiful view of the jungle from the rooftop with a little plunge pool and comfortable cushion chairs and sunbed. Typical shared kitchen and fridge as expected at a hostel.

“Poor”
+Staff were friendly and helpful. Air con.
−Water cut out in shower and sink and didn’t come on until after 8pm. Bright lights outside the windows all night. Paper thin walls. Musty smell.

“would book it again”
+staff is great, location is perfect. everything you could possibly need is in max 5' walking distance. restaurants, bars, ocean, dive shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. loved the rooftop for its views, pool, and hang out spaces. very nice people everywhere. kitchen was extremely well equipped and some kind of a social meeting hub too. wifi connection. balcony. ac worked great.
−water issues almost daily while I stayed there. then they fixed it on the second last day and it was good again.

+Si estás sólo de paso (una noche) o te va el rollo hippy, entonces es tú hotel. sino no.
−No era lo que buscábamos, quizás fue un error nuestro a la hora de reservarlo.
