7.0“Lovely staff, very noisy room”
+They upgraded us to the panoramic room for free which was great, the breakfast was lovely, the views are amazing, comfy beds, clean rooms. We asked if the front desk had ear plugs and they went out and bought us some, which was totally unexpected.
−You absolutely need earplugs and an eye mask in the panoramic room. The bar next door is loud enough to sing along to, and the windows only have sheer curtains. We woke up at 6am with the sun. No fan in the bathroom either, so the ceiling has black mould.

8.0“Quiet place with great view”
+All good, nothing fancy. Great view of the city. Good breakfast. Very quiet. Be careful, heating works :) If you don't like old houses, skip it. But if interested how local houses look like, it's very nice place.
−Be ready for lot of steps to reach your room. Also the hotel is situated on top part of the city, be ready for climbing :) Taxis don't want to bring you to the door, one way street.

9.0“Super if you get the best rooms, good to acceptable if you get one of the less desirable rooms”
+My group of 8 stayed here on 3 separate occasions during our 7 day stay in Cusco and surrounding region and had the opportunity to stay in many different rooms. - some rooms had spectacular views. The 2 panaromic rooms on the top floor are the best and it is worthwhile paying extra for them - friendly staff. They helped us order Uber, order pizza and helped with luggage - good breakfast with eggs made to order, yoghurt, plenty of fruit, cereals, bread and toast and avocado spread - pleasant dining area with constant supply of coca tea and other herbal tea. - good location close to the main plaza - good value
−- some of the rooms were very small and had windows that could not be opened - some rooms faced the street and a noisy restaurant across the street - rooms with other rooms above them will suffer from noise of guests moving about in room above them

8.0+Comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Location is good however walking there from the main square is a little steep.

10.0“Comfy family room, close to central plaza but quiet with very friendly staff”
+helpful staff. We accidentally left a purchase in our room and they worked diligently to help us receive it at our hotel in Lima before we left, went well above expectations and we are grateful!

8.0+Nice decor and style of hotel, fairly close to central square but up a hill. I read reviews that the room you book isn’t always the room you were given, so I messaged hotel to make sure (booked room with city view or balcony), they said that room wasn’t available but then closer to the check in date they had a cancellation and I was able to get the room I booked when I asked. Nice bathroom and hot shower with good water pressure!
−3rd hotel that I stayed in Cusco this trip and this was nice but I wouldn’t stay again. room was very small, lots of stairs to haul luggage up and down, walk up a hill from square, breakfast was basic and not as good as the other hotels (which were cheaper), wifi was terrible!!! Connected to every single network while in the room, not enough strength to load a webpage, and it only worked while in breakfast area, so frustrating
