“Good location but everything else was bad.”
+The location was good for us - during the day we could walk to the main sites in around 15 minutes.
−Our room was covered in hair - hair in the shower plug hole, hair balled up on the floor. When you walked past the bed more hair wafted from underneath. It was really quite disgusting. We had a room on the ground floor and the noise through the night was awful - people coming and going and dragging cases up and down stairs. We could also smell cigarette smoke in our room as people were sat in a central communal area at all times smoking. We booked to have breakfast and only when we went to eat were we told there was no chef so no breakfast, although our room tariff was reduced accordingly. Overall, book it for the price and location if it's what you can afford, but if you have a few more euro to spend per night, choose anywhere else.

“Very good”
+Ivan was super friendly and helpful! The bed are comfortable. Wifi is good.
−The bathrooms could need a few repairings. Hot water in the shower only after a long warming up time.

“A pleasant place to stay and see the historic district up close and personal”
+The hostel is in one of the many historic buildings in the Centro Historical area. The is certainly big enough, it has a closet and built-in desk and a bathroom that is bigger than many I have seen/used in other hotels/hostels. Many of the tourist attractions are within walking distance.
−Nothing much to complain about.

“Fantastic staff and good value for money”
+The best of the hostel is the staff - extremely helpful, kind and forthcoming, we even became friends! Other than that, the hostel is simple but offers everything you need for a short stay. It is in a good location at walking distance from the old town and other major attractions. Breakfast is good and healthy. Overall, a very good value for money.
−The facilities are a bit outdated and may benefit from some renewal but overall very functional and sufficient.
