“Near Government Palace in Lima”
+I booked a room with a shared bathroom because I wasn't certain I was going to be able to occupy the room. It was very reasonably priced. The room is in a very old house which has been made in a hotel (of sorts). The room smelled because the only window was high and adjoined a foyer which was enclosed. Fresh air was in short supply! The bedroom walls were very dirty; someone had put dirty feet on them. It wouldn't have taken a lot of effort to clean off the dirty marks. No one bothered. The bathroom was okay and had hot water for showering.
