“A Warm and Welcoming Stay for Me and My Dog”
+I had a wonderful stay at Hostel Hong and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, I felt incredibly welcomed and well taken care of. What really stood out to me was the **personalized and attentive customer service**. The staff were always kind, helpful, and genuinely caring, which made my stay feel very comfortable and special. I also really appreciated how warmly they welcomed and looked after my little dog. The care, patience, and affection they showed him meant a lot to me and made me feel completely at ease. The **location is excellent**, and the facilities are comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Everything is thoughtfully arranged to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. Overall, I’m **very happy with my experience at Hostel Hong** and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place with great service and a truly personal touch. I would definitely stay here again! ❤️

+We loved our stay here. The bed/mattresses were very comfortable. Our room on the top floor was very spacious and nicely furnished, with a big window overlooking a temple. The aircon was extremely effective and a nice relief after a hot day. The host was exceptionally nice, and her coffee from her shop was excellent! The small touches were really nice, including hairdryers and free tea and coffee downstairs. The property itself is really well located, near to bus stops and the river boat terminals, with two 7/11s nearby. The local food is also really nice and affordable. We loved it so much we extended 3 days extra and if we came back to BKK, this would be our first choice to stay again.
−It’s an old building so you do get occasional visits from local wildlife (geckos and cockroaches). The shared bathrooms were cleaned to a high standard, they could have been cleaned more regularly as you can’t always rely on other guests to maintain hygiene standards.

+Chambre climatisé et personnel agréable !
−Lit très inconfortable, j’ai très mal dormi, et les deux salles de bains ne sont pas vraiment propres. Concernant l’emplacement, nous sommes relativement loin des points d’intérêts.

+Chambre très agréable, la climatisation fonctionnait bien. Emplacement parfait, arrêt de bus à côté ainsi que le bateau bus et personnel sympa. On a bien aimé notre séjour ici.
−La salle de bain mériterait un entretien un peu plus poussé et les poubelles des wc vidées quotidiennement (non vidées durant nos trois nuits). Après ce n' est pas non plus catastrophique mais pas très agréable
