“Fantastic”
+Superb location, right on Grand Avenue, along the Chicago marathon route. The hotel is also close to Navy Pier and Grand station on the Red Line. Breakfast was included, and the breakfast staff were excellent. Surprisingly, we rarely had to wait long for a lift, even during the busy marathon weekend. Luggage storage was also available after check-out. The room was really nice and spacious, with a sofa bed in the living room, excellent kitchen facilities and a comfortable bedroom. The view from the 13th floor was amazing. The hotel was also directly opposite Doc B's Restaurant, which was a great bonus.
−We wish there had been more variety at breakfast. Waffles were also unavailable during the marathon weekend, which was a little disappointing. On Sunday morning, we got stuck in one of the lifts and had to call an engineer. Fortunately, the issue was resolved within five minutes, and we were able to continue with our day. The air conditioning and heating unit was also rather noisy when switched on, and the shower head was fixed rather than detachable, making it inconvenient if you only wanted to wash your hair.

“Very good. A few things to adjust.”
+The room is big, the location is great. Jeremy was the best during breakfast:)
−Breakfast could be better. More fruits would be nice. Some days the waffle machine was there and some other days wasn’t. Also requested housekeeping service three times on the second day and didn’t get the service.

+Location, breakfast and breakfast staff are the best.
−Recepcionists are not welcoming at all, they seem to be bothered for working and not making the experience nice at all.

+Heel aangenaam personeel. Mooie hotelkamer met keukentje en living. Er was zelfs een klein afwasmachine aanwezig. Gemakkelijk bereikbare locatie, dichtbij red line.
