“Clean and functional kitchen was a bonus but that didn't make up for the price.”
+We loved the full mini kitchen that was offered in the room. We were travelling with small children and this was helpful to plan meals for our travel day.
−We didn't let that the room didn't have blackout curtains. The entire room was lit up all night from the streetlights/the building directly across from us. It was really hard to have a decent sleep especially with small children and long travel day ahead of us. Also we paid for the valley service that was pretty expensive and very disorganized. The morning of keys were misplaced and it delayed our start to our day. For the overall price I would expect better on both accounts.

“Memorable. Will come again.”
+great location for commute to a concert me and my sisters went to. Great valet and friendly bar staff.
−when booking the valet should be listed as a separate service with a third party company. When booking online parking is stated its included and that is why I booked at this location, only to check in and find out its not included. That was dissapointing.

+It was a place to stay
−Being forced to pay for Valet and then never getting my car on time is certainly a choice. Never expect swift service. Our room was also not ready when we got there and was missing shampoo, body wash and other amenities.

+Location was very central and the room was comfortable and quiet.
−The hotel uses an expensive private valet service via an app, which works out as around one third of the cost of the hotel room per night…no complimentary water bottles in the room either.

“It was an unorganized mess.”
+Close to music venue
−Staff not helpful and unorganized. We arrive about 30min after check in time. We stood in line and then given a key to a room. Went to our room which still had occupants there. We did this two times. Then our friends checking had the same problem along with other guests in lobby. We all kept being assigned rooms that were already occupied by other people. I had reserved a room with a king size bed but on the third time we were told we would have to take 2 queens instead because that was all that was available. No refund offered. We were told our money was with booking .com not them. The next day we were checking out and had to wait for about 45 min because the valet couldn’t find our car keys they had misplaced. We have never stayed anywhere and had this many issues in our life.

“Big room, horrible location, staff confused”
+Big room and bathroom
−Someone in our first room. Had to go back downstairs get another room came into that room the exhaust fan. The bathroom didn’t work. The lights in the kitchen didn’t work because nobody told us you have to put your card in the wall to get the lights on dogs barking early in the morning.
