“No way you could ever give a negative review !”
+I stay away a lot for work this is the next best thing to home as it's very homely it's comfy and clean breakfast is decent the hosts are everything you could ask for and this will definitely be added to my go to list whenever I'm in the area and it's very reasonable as well
−I had to update the channel list on the TV on the plus side you can now get "Quest HD"

−Please note: Note: This was not a "Family Room with Private Bathroom" as listed against this review, it was two singles pushed together with a private bathroom. The 9 pictures I uploaded do not appear against this review or in the general pictures for this B&B, I hope they will appear later. The bathroom was dirty and had not been cleaned properly in quite some time (please see pictures), the toilet seat had yellow staining at the front and rear as well as a curly hair on the silicon's area, some of the bedding (one pillow in particular) smelt of something other than the laundry process. Noise insulation between the adjacent room was not great, not a huge issue during my 2 day stay as the guest in that room turned the TV off/finished making call etc at a reasonable hour but might be an
