“Adequate”
+We chose this B&B for its location in the historic center of Salerno. We liked the pictures that showed a large spacious room, but we found the space to be poorly used with random furniture, poor lighting, an uncomfortable bed, and a shower whose drain didn't drain properly, also with the mildew in the shower. The host was very friendly and also accommodated our early arrival and late departure, which we very much appreciated. It just seems that the space could use some love. It didn't seem to live up to the pictures shown. There was air conditioning, but it was quite weak and mostly sufficient for October, but I would not stay there in the summer. Breakfast was fine with various options and eggs and coffee made to order. I've seen the host say in several reviews that issues should be brought to her attention, but everything that was an issue for us were things that were not easily solved, as far as the comfort level and overall use of the space. Also, the booking says beach bar and beach nearby, but it's quite a walk. There is a balcony, but it's not useable. Overall, we just felt like the advertising did not match the reality.

+Carmen and her beautiful apartment gave us one of the most memorable travel experiences our family has ever had. We have stayed in many B&Bs over the years, but this was in a category of its own. It is difficult to put into words how special our stay felt. From the moment we arrived, Carmen welcomed us with a warmth that made us feel like cherished guests rather than visitors. Her kindness, generosity, and attention to every little detail were extraordinary. Whether it was helping our family with luggage or making sure we had everything we needed, she anticipated needs before we even had to ask. You can feel how much love and care she pours into both her home and her guests' experience. The breakfast alone deserves its own review. Every morning felt like a celebration of southern Italy, with fresh, delicious products and the most wonderful lemons from Amalfi. It was one of those simple pleasures that becomes a lasting memory. We stayed in the loft apartment, and it completely stole our hearts. The space is much larger than the photos can convey, and every corner tells a story. +Posizione strategica del posto, tutti i siti di interesse facilmente raggiungibili, spiaggia a poche decine di metri, bar e ristoranti vicini. In Carmen abbiamo trovato una host disponibile per tutto, gentile e raffinata nella sua proposta di colazione in una sala riscaldata da musica piacevolissima. Un bell'incontro di luogo e di persona, e quando capita, si è fortunati.

“Nous étions à Salerne pour le mariage de notre fils et l'église était à 200 mètres. Parfait.”
+Très agréable accueil de Carmen, gentillesse et sourire. Adresse très bien placée dans une rue très calme de Salerno. Petit déjeuner Home Made salé et sucré copieux et varié. On se croirait à la maison.
