“Clean, comfortable room plus common area in modern building close to a Metro station.”
+Room is in a secure, modern building with modern elevator, close to the Municipio metro station and the ferry/cruise ship dock. Felt safe walking in the area after dark. Bed was comfortable, but luggage storage was lacking. Breakfast was basic (juice, yogurt, cold cereal, milk, biscotti type cookies), but there was a kitchen where you could prepare more with your own ingredients. Host spoke English and was very eager to provide helpful information and allowed us to check out a few hours late to enjoy a final morning in Naples without dragging our luggage along.
−When we initially went to leave the apartment the electronic lock malfunctioned and wouldn't let us open the door. The host quickly came to assist us and it turns out there was a manual override, but there were no instructions on the door explaining how to open the door manually. We appreciated the detailed messages from the host about how to check in / enter the apartment, but dozens of messages with recommendations of places to go in Naples were too much.

“Excellent accommodation and well located for a citycation in Naples”
+Only thing not making it a 10 was the breakfast but room was very comfortable and very high standard. We also found the location super convenient for the port from where we sailed next morning. The area seemed good but we didn't get time to explore this time. The host Roberta was also super helpful before / during the trip with suggestions for coffee shops and our planned trip to Ischia.
−Breakast was ok but could have been better (some basic fresh items such as bread or fruit) but given the constraints of the self service approach we understood what was offered.

“Nice, calm, well run apartment.”
+Location was great, just a 10 min walk from the port, a nice way to experience Naples. Just a short walk to the metro, very close to the main streets.
−Didnt realize that it was a shared apartment, this was completely new. We thought it was a complete apartment, but we managed, it is not a problem.

“The air conditioning did not work in the middle of the summer and the host was no help”
+Shower was nice. Room was clean and the lighting was good
−The air conditioning never came on, despite the host telling us to not touch it and wait. The temperature hovered between 26 and 28 degrees C all night. The host would not offer any help despite my insistent communication. We were up the whole night sweating. Absolutely unacceptable.

“Apartamento sencillo acceso seguro y limpio”
+La ubicación es perfecta , situado muy céntrico en una zona segura y un edificio de alto standing. Transmite seguridad la zona, no es ruidoso, y la gente de otras habitaciones se comportan perfectamente. La propietaria está muy atenta vía móvil (no está presencialmente en el lugar) para daros facilidades y consejos de que visitar, un detalle estupendo.
−Fuerte olor a cañerías en el inmueble , no es culpa del propietario porque ya nada más entrar en el portal del edificio se nota, es decir que es algo inherente al lugar, pero es un poco desagradable si no estás acostumbrado. En la habitación había mosquitos que nos acribillaron durante la noche , y eso que no abrimos las ventanas, recomiendo prever insecticidas de enchufe. El cabecero de la cama tapizado en tela y no me parece nada higiénico teniendo en cuenta la rotación de personas que habrá en ese lugar , preferiría un cabecero de un material que se desinfecte fácilmente.

“Due giorni a Napoli”
+Considero questo B&B uno dei migliori in assoluto nella zona centro tra Toledo-Municipio-Galleria Umberto I. La posizione centrale è ottimale, senza percepire frastuono e frenesia del centro. Il comfort della stanza grande e molto luminosa. La colazione abbondante nella zona living molto ben attrezzata e arredata con gusto. L intero appartamento ristrutturato. Infine l estrema disponibilità cortesia professionalità empatia e passione e i consigli della Sig.ra Roberta.
