“We were super happy with this hotel and plan on staying here again!”
+The breakfast was great! The staff were very nice! The shuttle came quickly to the airport and the driver provided great customer service! The room was super nice! Lots of extras, clean, and modern!
−Being so close to the airport, we could hear the planes. But it is a catch 22, because we also loved how close it was to the airport. The hallway did smell a bit like garbage. The hallway garbage must of had something smelly in it.

“Had cleaned room at the nice location to MOA”
+We love Home2
−It was too crowded in the breakfast with many customers around 9-9:30am. We had no chance to get a chance of toasting bagels and making waffles.

“Small problems add up.”
+The room was clean, modern and spacious enough. The breakfast was well maintained and plentiful. The workout facilities we good.
−We were away on a family trip for a competition. As many do, I was hoping to work remotely while we were there. The wifi was miserable. Countless outages, mostly unusable, if it worked at all. I only received the canned "we're working on it" reply when I commented to it at the front desk. If you intend to work remotely at all, I would suggest being prepared with a hot spot. Be warned though that there are many places in the hotel that act like a faraday cage, not allowing outside signal. I ended up burning several days worth of PTO, effectively doubling the cost of our stay. Our toilet valve was broken requiring us to manually trigger the valve to refill the toilet. This took several days after I was told that it would be fixed to actually get a fully functioning toilet. Lastly, the ac was loud. On our last night it woke us all up sounding like it was trying to shake itself from the wall. Many small and some costly annoyances made it impossible to ever feel relaxed. I went down to the front desk enough times that they just started texting me. At no point was I asked if there was anything they could do to compensate or make our stay better. Those days are gone. Pay, stay and if its

+The location to the Mall of America and the cleanliness.
−The pillows had zero support, bringing your is recommended. Breakfast was to be served until 10 am, when I got down there at 9:30 am the workers had about 80% of the food cleaned up already.
