+We received the relevant information from Josh and Meg prior to our arrival. The property was comfortable and suited our needs for our short break.
−It was very cold when we arrived but soon warmed up. Coming back to the property on our second night after eating out it was very dark walking down the driveway, we used our phone torches, once we reached the property the lights on the driveway came on, it appears the sensor is close to the property, it could do with a sensor where the parking us.

+The setting around the property were beautiful the stream to hear first thing in a morning with a coffee is perfect if I stayed again I would love that room for that reason. The owner had thought about the little extras they left which was a nice touch .
−The drive to the property on the dirt track felt very unsafe need to drive with caution. Also where I had park was very dark and no lighting came on until you started to walk down the drive and then it was very dim which I found a little scary on my own with the parking being set in woodland but the property it’s self is a lovely peaceful place to stay.

−the driveway, I have a high top vehicle and the overhanging branches and hedge row was a bit of a concern as it caused a lot of scratches imn the paintwork

+I liked the Peace and quiet in comfortable clean accommodation suitably located for long walks or short drives to the pub. The dog liked the waves the hills and the beach,there is a good selection of sticks and trees to choose from. Plenty of castles and old piles of rocks to aim for, shown on the ordinance survey maps provided (very helpful)
−Not enough squirrels.(dog) personally i thought their were plenty of squirrels. I wouldn't however let that put you off coming for a visit.

−There was quite a lot of dog poo around the property. Also the pictures didn't reflect what facilities were available.

“Location, location!”
+Perfect location along its own gravel drive. The drive is a bit bumpy but my Nissan Leaf managed just fine. Lovely accommodation up several flights of stairs.
−Note that you need to take porage or cereal and your own bread and butter. There is a fridge, toaster, and kettle of course. If you insist on cooked black pudding every morning(!) then you will have to head out to, say, Betty's Beach Hut! (Actually I'm not sure if they do black pudding ...)

“Absolutely fantastic- amazing views, great night sleep, secluded location.”
+Absolutely fantastic! Loved the secluded and beautiful location, loved the comfy bed, loved the size and decor of the room, loved the views from the window of the rolling hills, loved the fact it was dog friendly and the resident doggies were super friendly and cuddly too, loved the bathroom with roll top bath and rain shower and loved the little touches from the toaster and fridge to the usb ports, you really couldn't ask for more!
−My only niggle, and it's tiny was there was nowhere to hang wet coats! Not an issue on a good weekend but we had rain and plenty of it!
