“Hotel Hindustan by Backpackers Heaven”
+Very welcoming & helpful staff. I ordered glasses from Chandigarh about a month before arriving (because we were in Ladakh & Kashmir in between) & it was no problem to have them delivered there. I very much appreciated that support. Also, the advice given on the night we arrived when I went out to have the new glasses fitted, to avoid the first Lenskart chosen because it was in an area affected by the 'Cockroach' protests. Comfortable, large room. Breakfast was fine & it's convenient to be able to eat there in the evening as well. I enjoyed the interactions with other travellers having not been in that position for a long period of travel. Overall, a pleasant place to stay.
−Not 'didn't like', more observations.... I struggle with the front advertising which, to me, offers a free airport transfer? I obviously misunderstood/misinterpreted something there because it is a paid transfer. Also, somewhat surprised that It's the only place in 4 months of travel through China, Tibet, Nepal & India that doesn't provide daily water for the room. The room advertised a hair drier but I had to ask for one.

+An Amazing Stay at Hindustan by Backpackers Heaven! I had a wonderful experience staying at Hindustan by Backpackers Heaven, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and memorable stay. The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The atmosphere throughout the hostel was welcoming, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything needed. The breakfast was really good, with delicious food that made every morning even better. One of the best highlights of the hostel is the beautiful rooftop restaurant, which offers a great place to sit, relax, enjoy good food, and spend quality time with other travellers. The rooftop has a wonderful atmosphere, especially in the evenings, making it a perfect spot to meet new people and share travel stories. Another thing I really loved about this place was the international atmosphere. There were lots of European guests and travellers from different parts of the world, which made the experience even more interesting and enjoyable. It was a great opportunity to meet people from different cultures,

+The value for money is fantastic. Location puts you right in the middle of the action. Airconditioning in the rooms are a life saver. Resturant on the roof serving clean food makes life easy as well. Staff are very friendly and help you book drivers/ tours very quickly.
−The smell in the corridors is very strong. I don't think you can do much about it though 🤷
