“I would never book to stay there again going forward, due to staff being rude and not willing to help when asked for guid”
−The room was outdated, there was yellow and dark stains on the carpet, the shower head had mould on it, the room was freezing as no instructions to how to use facilities in room to warm up nor cool down room. The complimentary tea&coffee stand was noticeable covered with dust/dirt, was not even refilled after previous guests and cups left were still visibly dirty. The staff at reception were very rude, didn’t want to help what so ever when asked for help locating our room. Resulting in us getting lost multiple times when trying to find our room!! Left feeling like we couldn’t approach reception staff for any other queries; after two staff members were already short tempered, judgemental and not helpful at all. The bathroom towel has a huge rip in it! The cleaning staff were the only people to actually want to help be accommodating. There was a massive trip hazard on stairs when descending them, a piece of rubber gripping has became raised but only noticeable when too late to miss. Which is inadequate when they are used for the fire escape stairs also! In addition to the poor hotel, the local shop down the street, where apartments are located had multiple rats running around the bac

“Value for money, felt safe in and out of hotel”
+Property was spacious and clean
−I didn’t feel like I was in a box, doors in room opened up I partially to a lovely seating area looking over cricket pitch rather than the grey buildings and noisy roads.also tram was very accessible felt comfortable travelling A to B .

“Super expérience.”
+L'hôtel est très bien placé. Le tram est à deux pas et permet de se rendre en centre ville très rapidement et sans changement. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la vue sur le stade est top. Le personnel est agréable. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, de qualité et il y a du choix.
−Le canapé lit n'était pas très confortable et faisait beaucoup de bruit lorsque ma fille bougeait en dormant.
