“Kinda “ strange experience “ ..”
+The hotel overall was very clean .. I love the bedding and the beds! Very comfortable! I love the shower and the shampoo/ conditioner.
−When we arrived after our flight, we asked the front desk for drinking water. The only option was to buy bottled water for $4-5. Why doesn’t the hotel have a water fountain? The front desk staff were not very friendly or welcoming,I felt rushed and not particularly welcome. The next day, after we returned from breakfast at Starbucks, all the hotel entrances were locked and the elevators weren’t working. We knocked on the glass doors for a while until someone came out and told us there was some kind of “testing” happening. How can they run tests without notifying guests, especially when we had a flight to catch? Someone eventually came out, told us to wait outside for 15 minutes, then brought us in through the back doors. There was a very strong gas smell. When I asked about it, I was told they were “retesting.” We waited in the lobby for another 20 minutes before things started working again and the elevators came back

“Perfect Airport Stey”
+Fantastic location minutes from the terminals. Thank you for the huge pot of freshly - brewed coffee. I HATE THE MACHINES that “do it all poorly.”
