“Wouldn't Return”
+The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was ideal for attending the concert venue.
−Not exactly what I'd expected from a Hilton especially given the cost. The room was nearly £200 but on top of this you were an additional £15 to park (per night) and then another cost if you wanted breakfast. The room was pleasant enough but the lighting was extremely poor, no big light in the room, only lamps. The breakfast was cold and the bacon and sausages tasted like they'd been sitting for a few hours. Realistically you're only paying for the location because there was nothing wonderful or spectacular about our stay. I've stayed in much nicer hotels for a fraction of the cost. Would be unlikely to stay again and if I attended the P&J Live again I'd be more inclined to choose the Marriot directly across from the Hilton.
