“Unsatisfactory”
+Nothing really
−The noise from other neighbours. The room was not checked properly all required utensils were there,we had to ask for towels, cattle, microwave ,iron) No remote control to open the gate we we come back late,we had to phone No cleaning of the room,we were told were supposed to leave the keys for the room as they are no spare keys yet we were not told. The linen looks very old and not comfy

+The guy who welcomed me was a good guy but spend some time looking for my reservation, l didn't mind that but had waited all calling their numbers without anyone attending to the call. The place was good but not the best
−I had stayed over for a weekend, attending an event in Ackerville, everytime l come l had to hoot at the gate, l could not imagine people trying to sleep with all that. They need to provide access (remote) to the gate, because the times l had to wait for the guy to open at night didn't seat well with me.
