+Outstanding in the quality of its provision - rooms very comfortable and well-equipped; breakfast excellent in quality and breadth of provision. Many items home-made. Above all, a welcoming, friendly ambience and attention to detail. Strongly recommended.

“Fantastisk ophold på Hillside”
+Fik en fantastisk modtagelse på hotellet og blev forkælet fra vi kom. Hotellet er flot renoveret med meget pæne og rene værelser. Hotellet ligger roligt i dejlige omgivelser. Ikke langt fra promenaden og bymidten hvor der er lidt liv.

“The most perfect gem of a hotel.”
+From the warmest of welcomes on arrival to promises of returning on departure I had a most enjoyable stay. The interior and exterior are both delightful with tastefully positioned little touches of quirky art around every corner. The gardens are extensive, providing both blooms for display along with fruit, vegetables and salad leaves for the dining table. All rooms are bright, airy, spacious and beautifully appointed providing ample opportunity for a relaxing break and slumbers deep. Breakfast and dinner menus are thoughtfully sourced from local produce suitable for all tastes and appetites. The food is exceptional. Cleanliness is obviously a priority and it shows. Tak til alle.
