7.0+The room was lovely, warm and comfortable. Also nice and quiet. Tea and coffee available and milk kept in fridge with jugs to take and use in the room, very handy. Nice biscuits.
−The bathroom seemed a bit cold ab the bathroom window was open so I tried closing it but tricky as an old sash window (beautiful bury needs looking at). It was a very wet weekend and there was a leak, near the window. Our room was under the eaves so wonder if it was a loose tile. I put a face flannel on the ledge to soak up the drip. There was another drip in the hall way. Both needs looking into. Didn't see any staff all weekend to tell them.

8.0+Hill house was a beautiful stay for our visit to Bath. The room was very pretty and on theme with our Literary holiday. Location was decent, it was easy to access all the sites we wanted to see.
−The property is a on a very steep hill (makes sense given the name). The suggested kerbside drop off is at a busy T intersection so one of us had to jump out and drop the bags off whilst the other had to drive around as there's no parking. There is also no lift and the top floor has a rope railing which, when carrying luggage up, can be dangerous if you aren't careful. All in all, we managed but something for other guests to keep in mind.

6.0“We enjoyed our stay overall”
+Quiet location. Beds were comfy. Quirky decor. Towels thick and fluffy. Easy straight forward walk into the main centre -15 mins
−Quite a walk up the hill and then up the stairs inside the accommodation- bit tricky when you have luggage. We Ubered it back from town everyday.

+We absolutely loved our stay! This is definitely one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. The attention to detail, beautiful decoration, and overall atmosphere were truly amazing. You can really feel the care that has gone into every little detail. We highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

10.0“Great value, very comfortable and Bath-Like!”
+Beautifully restored period home windowside room with a view overlooking Bath, nice artwork and other decorative appointments in addition to being clean, comfortable nothing to disappoint. It is uphill from center of town so take advantage of tap and pay bus with stop steps away from hotel. Excellent wine shop block and half downhill and block to the right. Highly recommend per other reviews.
−Nothing I can think of.

10.0+Stunning property, room was gorgeous. Bed super comfy. Walking distance to city centre. Quiet location. Communication was all done via Booking.com messages and What's App. Alex was helpful and responded quickly. We managed to find a park on the street at 2pm, quick message to Alex and we were able to pay for a 24 hour resident permit.
