“Excellent staff and a clean space.”
+I love the complimentary soap, lotion, ear plugs , and i'd also love the complimentary shampoo if i weren't bald headed. The facilities were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. When I was bunked w a man who acted inappropriately with me, the staff was so quick to arrange for a room change and the owner promptly contacted the police department, and even checked in with me the following day. There's a lot to like about this place.
−There's nothing that staff or ownership could do about any of my dislikes of the property, but it's a bit of a hike from the nearest metro station and the shower / bathroom is rather tiny.

“Great location”
+The hostel has it’s unique style, very trendy and cool. Location is great for younger people, street full of activities. Beds are comfortable. Amenities are all there, dishes, lockers, all good.
−Bathrooms should be cleaned more often during the day. Only two bathrooms and all the guests were very careful, but still you can see stains in the sink. Not the worst one but also not the cleanest.

“Affordable, convenient safe and friendly.”
+Location, proximity to restaurants and shops and super friendly and helpful staff. It is an affordable option to stay in DC in a safe and friendly place.
−There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. But my bunk could be dusted better. I was in a 6-bunk bed room and my bed was at the bottom on the floor. The exposed floor corner on the side of the bed was dusty and I could smell the dust all night. However the bed was clean and fresh. I’d recommend thorough dusting and providing sheets with the blanket not just the blanket.

On a dû faire notre lit à notre arrivée.
