“Did not stay as it was not as it looked like on the pictures on the outside”
+Tried in vain to get hold of owner as came down a side path with dustbins everywhere and when I pulled into her place there was no parking available except on the driveway. This did not look like a professional set up at all, and I left with my disabled son
−The outside gave me the creeps

“A lovely stay”
+We received a lovely welcome and nothing was too much trouble, lovely accomodation, breakfast was really nice. Owner went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. Will definately stay here again.

“Fantastic”
+Beautiful house with large spacious bedrooms and very comfortable bed with luxurious bedding . Lovely large bathroom and very classic and stylish decor and fabrics sheer quality . Julie is the perfect host incredibly welcoming and attentive in a genuinely natural way , felt immediately at home and thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay . Great breakfast and can't recommend staying at her place highly enough .12/10

“Very welcoming and kindly host. Not much to do in Kingsley so entertainment in the room is a must.”
+Julie the host is really lovely and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble and you’re made to feel at home. Ideal if you’re booked on the churnet valley railway as it’s just down the road.
−Only two small gripes. The bedroom could do with a television so that we didn’t have to invade Julie’s private space to relax in the evening. The bathroom we were allocated was very nice, but even with just the hot water flowing on its on it was only just warm enough for a sat down shower and not enough water pressure.
