“I would recommend exploring other accommodation in Panglao.”
+The pool is okay. The petite girl at the front desk is kind, and so is the lady who assisted us with our bathroom, as the water kept pooling and leaking toward our room.
−Some staff are rude and impolite, especially the one they call “Bryan.” They don’t seem to have much consideration for guests. The road going to the place is rough and bumpy. You’ll feel bad for your rented motorcycle if you plan on staying here for more than 3 days. We arrived at the resort at 7 AM and asked if we could leave our things there while we explored the island, since our check-in time was at 2 PM. However, we arrived back at the resort a little earlier, at around 12:40 PM. We asked the front desk if we could get inside our rooms, hoping they would allow us to check in early, but they said we should wait until at least 1:30 PM. That’s okay,we understood. We swam in the pool instead while waiting. However, at around 1 PM, a staff member asked someone to let us in already because she felt sorry for us due to the hot afternoon. But that guy made a side comment telling us to wait in a very condescending tone, which did not sit well with us. We can wait, and that’s okay. But hearing something so inconsiderate is not something we find tolerable, especially since they work in the hospitality industry. As a side comment, the rooms are similar to lodging inns and nothing special.

“Great cozy retreat in the middle of nowhere”
+A cute small resort with an amazing pool in the middle of nowhere, mostly quiet, nice bar, good simple breakfast and exceptionally good mattresses that give you a great night's sleep, gated and closed at night for some safety, well working a/c, tv and a fridge, great value for the money
−Even though it's hidden in the forest, you can hear planes take off at the nearby Tagbilaran Airport, also the low almost nonexistent water pressure is unacceptable, just as the unacceptable bad non paved road leading to the resort and the LED's that have been installed are partially not strong enough, the bathroom is almost dark, also burning the trash just in the backyard of the resort is also not acceptable in 2026 but that goes for the entire country
