“Excellente expérience”
+We had an excellent stay! The apartment was spotless, very clean, and well equipped. The host was extremely kind, always available, and very caring. She even allowed us to stay in the afternoon before our flight and helped us find the right bus. Thank you again for your warm welcome and kindness! We highly recommend this place. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

+A very nice renovated apartment and fully equipped with everything you may need. Bottled water, milk, coffee, tea and many other cooking ingredients available. Clean and tidy environment. Check-in and check-out without problems. Plenty of grocery and drink shops nearby. Accessibility to Manhattan by public transport for about an hour or half an hour by taxi. We recommend, by European standards a large space of rooms and bathrooms. Beds are probably the best we've ever had.

“Comfortable and welcoming”
+Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Lots of lovely amenities i.e 2 televisions, coffee machine, air fryer, board games etc… Ms Yvette was very welcoming and washed all our towels half way through our stay. Not too far from the train station for quick transit into New York.
−Didn’t feel we could walk around the local area but wasn’t a problem as we were expecting that and Ubers to the station are cheap. Some typical neighbourhood noise through the night but nothing too disruptive

+During our Fourth of July weekend stay, we thoroughly enjoyed this house. It exceeded our expectations. The house boasted a cozy atmosphere, with three bedrooms that ensured a comfortable stay. Amenities such as water and coffee were readily available. The host demonstrated exceptional hospitality, addressing our queries and responding to our calls and messages in a timely manner. We will definitely be back and recommend this house without hesitation.
−I was a little nervous about leaving the car on the street for parking, but it was good had no issues !

“We had a great stay and our host was very responsive and helpful when we had questions.”
+Clean and spacious apartment with many amenities to make the stay more comfortable including a beautiful kitchen which we used to cook meals. Beds were comfy too!
−There were some small maintenance things that needed fixing, like doors. The neighborhood was noisy, but then again, we’re used to the country so maybe it’s normal.

+Nothing...It's a three level old house . Only the lower floor was renovated for rental ... upon entering the main entrance, the area is a mess ... debris all over !! Entering the 3 room apartment as advertised from Booking.com the main door squeaks, some of the blinds were broken (no privacy) , flooring damage...
−The location very is terrible... people comes & go from the main entrance door (scary)...Blinds were damaged ( No privacy). The apartment operator said that it has a parking area w/c in actuality the street parking ( good luck if you can find a spot to park) what a false advertising !!! They just refurbished the rooms to look good in the pictures that they posted at Booking.com !!! This is not a Hidden Gem , It's a Hidden Disaster ! In my opinion this is a Scam operation. Booking.com do your Job ,prevent this kind of offer at your site...We did NOT stay in this apartment. I talked to Yvette the contact person & said that we are not staying in this apartment cause we don't feel secured . I I asked her if she can refund me my money for a 3 days stay instead of 4 days stay, as a consideration to her...
