6.0“Lovely and helpful hosts”
+Room was cosy and comfortable. Hosts really welcoming and helpful
−No free WiFi so has to hit stop off my WiFi so I could continue to work after I checked in. Found the actual lodge to be difficult to find initially

8.0“A very comfortable, homely stay.”
+The location was good for us as we have family in Wymondham. The room was very cosy and the beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast was a real bonus and it was nice to chat with the owner and other guest.
−It isn't easy to find, even with good instructions! The little turning is opposite a charity shop by no 1. We found it eventually, and parking was convenient outside.

5.0“Average”
+The hosts were pleasant and welcoming. There was parking on site available. Plenty of toys to entertain children.
−Breakfast was basic and would have expected something cooked for the price we paid. The rooms were comfy but the carpets needed upgrading. I don’t think carpets in bathrooms is hygienic and the bath mats were old and shabby.

1.0“Please Avoid At All Costs”
+The village itself is very nice. The gentleman that runs it is a lovely man, and it's hard to write this review
−The smell when we first walked in was musky and awful. A steep staircase to the rooms. I thought we were downstairs because it had been called lodge. The room was very dated, floor boards creaked, tiny sink. Too hot in small room and we had to sleep with window open. The room was furnished with charity dated furnishings and furniture. The same carpet runs through the staircase to the bedrooms. To top it up, a big no-go CARPET in the toilet. This place is someone house that they then have people stay in their bedrooms. The breakfast is sat in their kitchen. I've never experienced anything like it. We were meant to stay another night. We came home after one night. I wouldn't stay at this accommodation if you paid me.We travelled over three hours to get there. The house is very cluttered and dated. This place should not even let out to people to stay.

10.0“Delightful - welcoming and friendly owners. Very quiet location, delicious breakfast.”
+Thank you Loren and Ray for a lovely couple of nights at your delightful Hethersett lodge B&B. Extremely glad I spotted your accommodation online - incredibly quiet location and delicious breakfast. Ray and Loren are such welcoming and friendly owners - I enjoyed my chats with you both and if I am in the Norwich area again, would stay with you. The breakfast you provide was perfect - such a large selection to choose from - home from home. Many thanks for making me so welcome and my stay such a pleasant and happy one. Highly recommend.
