+The accommodation was exactly what we expected and offered excellent value for money. It is conveniently located close to the historic city centre and the main attractions. As agreed in advance, we collected the keys at a restaurant, where we were also offered a complimentary glass of beer as a welcome drink. We stayed in the Witbier room, which was just as we had expected. The host had thoughtfully provided coffee, tea and even a witbier in the room, which was a lovely touch and perfectly suited the room's name! :) We had a great stay. The accommodation delivered everything it promised, and we would happily recommend it to others!

“Lovely room”
+Convenient to the main square. Lovely room with table and chairs and cutlery if we needed it. Parking was only a few minutes down the road and free. Good cup of coffee and welcoming beer too!
−Not keen on the large, lumpy pillow and the fact that the shower head couldn't be placed in the shower in order to wash having to hold it!

“Overnight stay in Ypres”
+We only stayed one night as we were on our way back to the UK The room is lovely , comfortable, clean We often visit Ypres and we will in the future see if this is available

+I loved the location and how clean everything is. The host is great and the welcome drink is a really nice touch. Ypres is a beautiful place to stay and the accommodation is a great base.

−Douche viel enorm tegen door vaste verticale douchehouder waardoor je de douchekop niet boven je hoofd kon fixeren. Je moest zelf douchestang spelen om wat warm water over je te laten lopen.

“Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.”
+Prima locatie, gioede ontvangst in het café verderop. De bedden zijn heerrlijk. .Ieper is een leuke en indrukwekkende stad. De prijs was helemaal goed. Wel even rekening houden dat je ergens anders heen moet voor een ontbijt, maar dat is geen probleem in Ieper.
−De badkamer met wc was meer 1 onderdeel van de kamer en er waren wat zaken aan onderhoud toe. De douchedeur sluit b.v. slecht waardoor het water zo de kamer in liep. Ook was er geen direct licht in de n kamer.
