“I have stayed at the Hershey for my beach vacation for the last 5 years. I love it there!”
+I love the convenience of it being so close to the boardwalk and beach, and I also love how accommodating the staff is.
−Not their fault, but I just didn’t get to stay long enough this time……

“Good value very convenient.”
+Rooms are very large and clean for the price. It was a good location and we enjoyed the balconies.
−We did have a neighbor that was a little grumpy, but nothing to the fault of the motel.

“Could have been much better if I stayed somewhere else.”
+Restaurant which didnt belong with Hershey was outstanding.
−Old, dated furniture with indoor outdoor furniture mixed. Balcony overlooks parking lot. Pool not clean. Called at 730 and asked what time I was going to check in because they close at nine.

“Never Again”
+In all fairness there is nothing I can say that's positive. I'm completely sorry we stayed there.
−To begin with when I walked in there was several people sitting in the lobby on their telephones and one indicated for me where I could go because I apparently must have come in the back way. One of the other persons that was in the lobby staring at her phone had left a child in the car I don't know if the air conditioning was on or not that's here nor there but I didn't get a real warm feeling about them. As I was checking in she seemed disappointed in fact that I had reserved the room through booking.com which kind of took me back I didn't think it would make a big difference. I did ask if there was an elevator. Because that was not clear and there is not one and then I asked if I could have a ground floor room because I have a foot/leg disability and I was told there were none so I would need to use the stairs. I then asked how to get to the room we were staying and the clerk tilted their head and said back there so I was left to try and figure it out for myself. After entering a very small parking lot we looked for a spot and my husband decided to go on ahead and figure out how to get to our room in relation to the parking lot. After he came back and we were able to figure out

“I would not stay there again”
+clean room - generally nice facilities: pool, office, restaurant and pub
−small room, Old-way too loud air conditioner, window coverings did not block the outside walkway light - room was "lit up" at night; small TV, way too soft mattress. And most of all: 2 of the 3 nights I had to call the front desk at 11 PM (one night) and at 1:30 am (another night) because of noise outside my room. The "activities" and people making the noise should have been noticed and addressed by the staff.

“Decent motel for the price.”
+Great price and location. Room was clean.
−Bed was horrible. Was awake most of the night because it was so uncomfortable. Comforter had blood stain on it. Outside property needs cleaned up (a lot of trash and cigarette butts on ground). Wooden stairs need restained or replaced. Could be a wonderful property with some fixing up.
