“Do not go there.”
−The owner only communicates via whatsapp. We had difficulties once, to enter the appartment. The lid of the toilet was broken, you could barely sit on it. The real problems started during the night. At 3am noises from the neighbouring appartment (same owner), we woke up. At 4am, the same. At 5 the noises were so strong and happened so often, that we could not sleep anymore. At 6am I was telling the owner what happened and while texting him, I received an email from booking.com informing me that the owner said that we did bot check in. I asked him what's with that, he said that he intends to refund us and it's easier if we declare a no-show. After we left, he went there, he said that we were the ones disturbing the neighbours and bye-bye refund. I informed booking.com about what happened, but they could not deal with this guy. They offered a 25€ credit to my booking account. Sad ending to a beautiful trip to Sardinia.
